摘要： A waste disposal apparatus (10) has a cutter apparatus (14) with angled teeth. The cutters (34) may be disposed in a passage of a housing having an inlet and an outlet. The drive means may have a housing defining an annular chamber with a drive piston slidingly disposed therein and coupled to the pivoting cutter.
