摘要： Images of two-dimensional chromatograms or other sample arrays are formed on a scanning instrument that utilizes a line of illumination light that sweeps the length of the array either by moving across the array or by the array moving relative to the light, in either case scanning the entire two-dimensional array with a unidirectional pass of the moving component. The use of a CCD equipped with time delay integration allows the instrument to form an enhanced image.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for preparing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of substance spots on a ductile thin-film plate (1) using thin-film chromatography. The device has a rinsing head (2) which can be placed on the thin-film plate (1), the latter being coated with the dried sorbent (4) and which is provided with a projecting, closed ring cutter (3) by which means the sorbent (4) can penetrate as far as the top surface of the thin-film plate (1) and be sealed against the surrounding sorbent. 摘要： An apparatus for the detection of substances which migrate in a retarding medium, especially gel, and which can be excited for photon emission by energy irradiation by means of an excitation beam comprises a carrier for the retarding medium, in which the substances move along at least one path, a beam source for generating the excitation beam which crosses the path and a detector arrangement for the emission photons. In order to make the arrangement as sensitive as possible it is provided that at least in the area of the excitation beam the cross section, perpendicular to the direction of migration, of the retarding medium has sustantially the form of an elongate rectangle, the length of the short side of which is of the magnitude of the cross section dimensions, the excitation beam entering the cross section on one of the two short rectangle sides through an inlet part, crossing the cross section in the direction parallel to the two long rectangle sides and leaving on the other short rectangle side through an outlet part. A detector arrangement detects the emission photons passing through one of the long rectangle sides.
