    • The objective of the invention is to facilitate the installation of a ventilation device integrated into a ventilation window on one hand and to enable the serviceability of the ventilation device on the other hand. In accordance with the third aspect, the objective of the invention is to simplify the manufacture of the frame of the ventilation window. The ventilation window comprises a frame (2), at least one glass element (5) located on the inside of a perimeter formed by the frame (2) so that the glass element (5) or a part of it forms a light opening area (7), a ventilation device (50) which has been installed or is installable in an installation housing (14) inside the frame (2) from the vertical side on the interior (S) side and which is equipped with an elongated counter flow heat exchanger (62), which ventilation device (50) comprises at least one blower- operated fresh air duct (65, 62A) for leading fresh air (20) from the exterior (U) to the ventilation device (50) through at least one inlet (51) such as an orifice or nozzle located in the frame (2) on the exterior (U) side and from the ventilation device (50) further to the interior (S) as inlet air (21) through at least one outlet (52) such as an orifice or nozzle located in the frame (2) on the interior (S) side and at least one blower-operated exhaust air duct (66, 62B) for leading exhaust air (22) from the interior (S) to the ventilation device (50) through at least one inlet (53) such as an orifice or nozzle located in the frame (2) on the interior (S) side and from the ventilation device (50) further to the exterior (U) as waste air (23) through at least one outlet (54) such as an orifice or nozzle located in the frame (2) on the exterior (U) side and where the fresh air duct (65, 62A) runs over the entire distance between the inlet (51) and outlet (52) and the exhaust air duct (66, 62B) runs over the entire distance between the inlet (53) and outlet (54) inside the ventilation device (50) and furthermore so that the fresh air duct (65, 62A) and the exhaust air duct (66, 62B) intersect in the counter flow heat exchanger (62).

    • The invention relates to a device for improving the burglar-proofing and resistance to pelting rain of a window, door or such like. Said device comprises at least one window frame (2), preferably made of frame sections (11), and a sash casement (3) which can be moved from a closed position (34) into at least one ventilation position (17) and presents an eaves element (29). The frame section (11) of the window frame (2) presents an overlay (20) which overlaps the eaves element (29). In the ventilation position (17) a rabbeted gap (18) is formed between the sash casement (3) and the window frame (2) and a water collection chamber (19) is arranged opposite the eaves element (29), in the frame section (11) of the window frame (2). At least one strip (32) which preferably faces said water collection chamber is mounted on the window frame (2) such that it is able to pivot and such that it is substantially parallel to the overlay (20). In the closed position (34) said strip is spring-loaded by a force-accumulating element such that it contacts a side (26) of the frame section (11) while in the ventilation position (17) it largely covers the rabbeted gap (18) so as to prevent any attempt to penetrate further into same.
