    • The invention relates to the variants of a multilevel residential building with an in-built parking area, which comprises a parking block and at least three residential blocks jointed thereto on a part of the wall surface, the longitudinal axes of said blocks are positioned at an angle ? to each other, means for a car entrance on a selected floor and means for a car exit therefrom are built in the area of the vertical symmetry axis of the parking block in the form of parking places which are independent from the parking block, are parallel, adjacent and not crossing the car lifting and lowering areas.
