    • This new technology of eco designed spherical for latex handling introduces a new product as well as a process relates to latex processing and manufacturing industry. The volume to surface area of this spherical is lesser than existing rectangle or oval shape tanks and it could be transported in between rubber plantations and processing factories. This spherical is incorporated with a outer pipe assembly to couple it directly to centrifuges and incorporated with a level adjustable instrument to take out latex- without making disturbance to deposited sludge. This spherical unit also provides an effective and efficient way to analyze deposited sludge scientifically, and later convert them to useful by products by protecting the environment. Therefore this unit will be useful to improve quality of final products efficiently and effectively. This unit will be useful in minimizing wastages of latex, chemicals, and ammonia evaporation, use of improper latex transfer methods, unsuitable utensils, uneconomical handling practices, high volume of unnecessary labor and production steps, quality inconsistency of final product, unsatisfied labor attitudes due to difficult working conditions, high cost of sludge treatment and environmental pollution.

    • Provided herein are organic solvent-based processes for the isolation of purified natural rubber from non- Hevea plants. The processes are particularly useful with plant matter that comprises at least 90% by weight roots sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz (Russian dandelion), Scorzonera tau-saghyz (Tau-Saghyz), Scorzonera uzbekistanica , and combinations thereof. Also provided herein is a purified non- Hevea rubber product containing 100 phr of rubber sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz, Scorzonera tau-saghyz, Scorzonera uzbekistanica , and combinations thereof, having a specified purity level. Additionally provided are sulfur-vulcanizable rubber compounds and sulfur-vulcanized rubber compounds that incorporate 10-100 phr of purified non- Hevea rubber product sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz, Scorzonera tau-saghyz, Scorzonera uzbekistanica , and combinations thereof, having a specified purity level.
