摘要： A process is provided for producing aromatic hydrocarbons which comprises: (a) contacting a lower alkane feed with a solid particulate aromatic hydrocarbon conversion catalyst in a fluidized bed reaction zone to produce aromatic hydrocarbons and other products, whereby the catalyst is at least partly deactivated by the formation of undesirable coke deposits, (b) continuously withdrawing a portion of the catalyst from the reaction zone, regenerating it in a regeneration zone and returning regenerated catalyst to the reaction zone, (c) maintaining the heat balance between the reaction zone and the regeneration zone by diluting the catalyst particles with particles of a catalytically inactive solid with about the same or improved specific heat and thermal conductivity relative to the catalyst, (d) separating aromatic hydrocarbons from the other products and unreacted lower alkanes, and (e) optionally recycling unreacted lower alkanes to the reaction zone.

摘要： Apparatuses and methods for producing linear alkylbenzene products from renewable oils are provided. An exemplary method includes deoxygenating the renewable oil in a deoxygenation zone to form paraffins. The method fractionates the paraffins to form first and second fractions. The method processes the first fraction of paraffins in a reforming zone to form a reformate stream and recovers a first hydrogen stream from the reforming zone. The method includes forming a LAB stream in a LAB production zone from the second fraction of paraffins and a portion of the reformate stream. Further, the method includes recovering a second hydrogen stream in the LAB production zone and recycling the first hydrogen stream from the reforming zone and the second hydrogen stream from the LAB production zone, wherein substantially all hydrogen recovered from the reforming zone and the LAB production zone is recycled.

摘要： The invention relates to the petrochemical industry, in particular to methods for producing benzene from different benzene and /or alkylbenzene-containing mixtures produced by various oil or cocking products processing. The inventive method consists in hydrodealkylating said fractions and in returning the product to a hydrodealkylation stage for recycling. A highly aromatic fraction having a high content of sulphur-containing substances, preferably not higher than 1.5 mass% of sulphur, and a C 6-C15 aromatic compositions content equal to or higher than 60 mass% is supplied to said recycling in a quantity at which a total content of sulphur-organic substances at the output of a hydrodealkylation reactor is equal or less than an admissible value which is defined by the capacities of a scheme for further desulphuration of a final product.
