摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing acid-resistant ceramic objects in which the produced objects exhibit a high degree of reproducibility and a high degree of dimensional accuracy. The inventive method comprises the following steps: a mixture is formed from acid-resistant grains comprised of the system Al2O3-SiO2, preferably chamotte; this mixture is mixed with a small quantity of one or more inorganic binding agents; an appropriate amount of water is added to the mixture that has been mixed with the binding agent(s); after adding water, the mixture, the binding agent and the water are intensively intermixed; the mixture that has been intensively intermixed with water and binding agent is poured into a mold in which it undergoes a hardening process, and; after completion of the hardening process that takes place inside the mold, the hardened mixture is removed from the mold and undergoes a firing process.
