摘要： A pack of credit card transaction slips (10) including one for the credit card issuer (14), one for the merchant (15) and one for the credit cardholder (16), together with an information duplicating slip (18, 20) to either side of a central one of said three transaction slips. At least two of the slips have areas (26, 27), disposed opposite the identifying number of the credit cardholder and the identifying number of the credit card issuer treated or constructed to render that area ineffective to record a portion of each of the identifying numbers on either the cardholder's slip or the merchant slip but effective to record both identifying numbers on the card issuer slip. Perimeter portions of the duplicating slip (18) and card issuer slip (14) are attached to one another to conceal both of the recorded identifying numbers until this duplicating slip (18) is detached by authorized personnel.
