The molding machine comprises a first mold half and two or more extruders associated with the first mold half, each extruder of the two or more extruders including a barrel, an extrusion screw inside the barrel, and a nozzle in sealed engagement with the first mold half, wherein each extruder of the two or more extruders is controlled independently to rotate the extrusion screw in a first direction to cause material flow and to rotate the extrusion screw in a second direction opposite the first direction to cease material flow once a targeted pressure is achieved for the respective extruder.

摘要： In an injection molding machine employing a servo motor as a source for driving the injection axle to drive the screw in the axial direction, a suck-back method is provided to smoothly carry out suck-back, preventing the screw from proceeding in suck-back at the final step of metering and kneading. When the screw reaches the metering completion position, the screw is no more turned, and the error register is followed up (S1, S4, S5) such that the error quantity stored in the error register becomes zero. Then, a torque limit for imparting a preset back pressure for the servo motor is released (S8). The screw is then retreated using a servo motor by a predetermined sack-back amount (S11).

摘要： An injection molding apparatus and method of fabricating a molded part are provided. The apparatus may include a barrel, a nozzle enclosing an end of the barrel and defining an opening in fluid communication with an inside of the barrel, and an extrusion screw positioned at least partially inside the barrel and rotatable relative to the barrel. The extrusion screw may include a screw tip. Relative axial movement between the barrel and the extrusion screw may open or close the opening of the nozzle to permit or prevent, respectively, material flow through the opening of the nozzle. The method may include clamping a mold, opening a nozzle, rotating the extrusion screw to pump a molten material into the mold until the mold is filled, closing the nozzle, and unclamping the mold to release a molded part.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of controlling the molding cycle of an injection molding machine provided with a flow passage opening/closing mechanism capable of interrupting the flow of injected plastic synthetic resin, and intends to reduce the length of time for one cycle of molding and to stabilize the value of weight of the product. The structure is such that said flow passage opening/closing mechanism is closed when plastic synthetic resin is filled into cavities of the metallic dies after injected and put in dwelling. This structure permits simultaneous progress of dwell process by residual dwell on the side of the metallic die and of weight measuring process for the subsequent molding cycle on the side of the screw, whereby the length of time for one cycle of molding can be reduced. With said flow passage opening/closing mechanism and a check valve provided for the screw, the pressure of plastic synthetic resin in the cylinder immediately before injection and during dwelling can be obtained as a definite value and, with the weight value of the product obtained from calculation, the injection molding machine can be controlled so that the weight of molded product may be kept constant.
