    • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schneid- und Lagersystem für mehrachsige Förderwerke, die als Zuförder- oder Pumpförderschnecken ausgebildet sind, zum Einsatz in Zerkleinerungsmaschinen für Rohstoffe, insbesondere für Lebensmittel-Zerkleinerungs­maschinen wie Fleischwölfe und Füllmaschinen, aber auch geeignet zur Zerkleinerung von Trester und landwirtschaftlichen Produkten. So wurde ein Schneid- und Lagerelement (1 ) geschaffen, welches zum einen als Lager­element für die Förderschnecken (2, 2') dient und zum anderen als Schneidelement ausgebildet ist. Dies in der Art und Weise, dass das Schneid- und Lagerelement (1) zur Realisierung seiner Schneidfunktion als ein Vorschneider und zur Realisierung der Lagerung sowie der Zuförderung des Rohstoffes als Lagerstelle mit einer Zuführrnulde ausgebildet ist.
