摘要： Systems, methods, and devices of the various embodiments provide a device capable of determining a blood property based at least in part on the measurement of the amount of light received by a receiver circuit with a limited current capacity by charging a capacitor with a low voltage power supply and intermittently discharging the capacitor through a light emitting diode. In some embodiments the device may be a pulse oximeter capable of taking blood oxygen readings. In some embodiments the device may be a heart rate monitor to determine a heart rate based on an amount of light passed through tissue. The various embodiments may enable pulse oximeters and/or heart rate monitors to be incorporated into small unobtrusive body patches, while enabling the pulse oximeters to operate from a power output equivalent to that of a small coin cell battery or printed cell battery.

摘要： A method for increasing the temporal fidelity, increasing the temporal sampling density, and/or reducing the temporal noise of a series of image frames obtained with a medical imaging system is provided. The image frames are acquired with the medical imaging system. The medical imaging system may be, for example, an x-ray C-arm imaging system. A window function that is representative of a temporal fidelity window is selected and used to temporally deconvolve the image frames using a minimization technique. A temporal sampling density may also be selected and used in the temporal deconvoiution. The resultant deconvolved image frames have a higher temporal fidelity to a time-varying image contrast depicted in the acquired image frames, and may also have an increased temporal sampling density and/or reduced temporal noise.

The static charge filter includes a first amplifier (608) configured to amplify an input signal, which includes the cardiac electrical signal and static charge from an electrode, which is in a path of an X-ray beam. The static charge filter further includes a limiter (614) configured to limit a maximum voltage of the signal based on a predetermined clamping threshold, producing a voltage clamped signal. The static charge filter further includes a filter (616) configured to filter high frequency components of the voltage clamped signal, producing a filtered signal. The static charge filter further includes a second amplifier (620) configured to scale an amplitude of the filtered signal so that cardiac electrical signal in an output signal has a same voltage level as a voltage level of the cardiac electrical signal in the input signal.
