摘要： A portable carpet stretching device for stretching carpeting at an angle into engagement with a tack strip (24) affixed along a wall. The device has a carpet-engaging head (12) and a relatively fixed base member (20). The front of the base member is attached by an extensible member (18) to the head member, and pivotally connected anchoring means (10) secure the base member adjacent the wall. Power applying means (26) force the head member and the base member apart, resulting in the portion of the carpet engaged by the head member being forced toward the adjacent wall and into contact with the tack strip. The anchoring means includes a pulling plate (42) having a lower edge adapted to engage the tack strip and an upper edge pivotally connected with a pair of elongate arms (54, 55) to the base member by a strap (60) which is pivotally mounted on a shaft (74) depending from a collar member (70). The collar preferably has two holes for selective pinning of the base thereto. A pressure plate (80)is also threaded on the shaft to hold the device down when the power means are being released.

The Kapinos adapter has a cylindrical cross shape with four intersecting openings. These openings accommodate both powerstretcher's tubes. Two of the openings create anchorpoints for the powerstretcher working the width of an area by using the intersecting length portion of the adapter as a stop for the powerstretcher's tubes. The other two openings form a penetrable cylinder to allow a powerstretcher's tube to slide through. This allows the Kapinos adapter to move freely along lengths of the said tubes.

Each pin is centered and supported in a pin support that forms an end surface thereby allowing only a pin tip to be exposed. 摘要： A floor underlay is completely or partly provided with a fibre material on the surface facing upwards. The fibre material is formed of a needle-loom or another material that contains long fibres that are oriented in different directions alongside the level of the surface of the material. The surface material of the floor is wholly or partly provided with fibre flock on the underside. When these materials are used when floor laying a secure fixation of the surface material to the underlay is achieved due to that the projecting fibres are fixed by the long, mainly alongside the surface running fibres of the underlay. Alternatively, the fibre flock and the underlay material can change places, whereby the same effect is reached. A tool to facilitate the laying includes a handle part, organs to grip the underlay material, organs to bear on to a piece of the floor surface material and with the handle part used as a lever move this part of the floor surface material away from the part of the underlay material that has been gripped.
