摘要： The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner bag according to the invention has a greater length than width, resulting in a longitudinal side and a narrow side. Said bag is formed by two bag walls which are circumferentially connected to each other such that an interior chamber is formed between the two bag walls. One bag wall has an inlet opening through which the air to be cleaned can flow into the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is characterized in that the bag wall in which the inlet opening is incorporated has a fold extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, by means of which said bag wall has increased flexibility and, upon turning down the holding plate upon inserting the filter bag into a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner filter bag opens such that the air can enter the filter bag substantially unimpeded.
