摘要： The present invention relates, in general, to pattern-recognition receptors (PRRs), including toll-like receptors (TLRs), and, in particular, to a method of inhibiting nucleic acid-induced activation of, for example, endosomal TLRs using an agent that binds to the nucleic acid ("nucleic acid binding agent"), preferably, in a manner that is independent of the nucleotide sequence, the chemistry (e.g., DNA or RNA, with or without base or sugar modifications) and/or the structure (e.g., double-stranded or single-stranded, complexed or uncomplexed with, for example protein) of the nucleic acid(s) responsible for inducing TLR activation. The invention also relates to methods of identifying nucleic acid binding agents suitable for use in such methods.

摘要： Disclosed is a shade apparatus for a vehicle. The shade apparatus includes a dash board cover member and an auxiliary cover member. The dash board cover member includes a sliding member adjacent to a side frame of a windshield of the vehicle, a plurality of shade members foldably coupled with the sliding member, a first crossing bar installed below the sliding member, and a first cover attached to the first crossing bar to cover a dash board. The auxiliary cover member includes a second crossing bar extending from an end of the first crossing bar and an auxiliary cover attached to the second crossing bar to cover an upper portion of a steering wheel. The shade apparatus is installed adjacent to a window frame to ensure sufficient visual field. The shade apparatus is fixed through a mechanical scheme, so that the shade apparatus can be firmly installed regardless of the temperature variation. The dash board, a steering wheel and a lower body of the driver are blocked from direct sunlight, so that eyes of the driver are prevented from being dazzled. Accordingly, pleasant driving can be ensured.
