摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a system for preventing OTT (Over-The-Top) Bypass Fraud in a telecommunication ON (10) (Operator Network) that enforces the policy control rules on the called subscriber numbers in the data network of the operators. The call information of the real calls is triggered from a FN (22) (Foreign Network) to a CU (11) (Control Unit). The said real calls are the originating international calls of the FNs (22). The CSNs (Caller Subscriber Number) of the source calls are controlled throughout the source calls by the CU (11). OTT Bypass Fraud is prevented by enforcing control rules to CSNs throughout the control of the CSNs. The control rules may include PCC (Policy and Charging Control) or ADC (Application Detection and Control) rules that define the terminated calls of the Inspected OTT Applications. These control rules are enforced to a DPI-U (15) (Deep Packet Inspection Unit) in the data network of the ON (10) over the PU (14) (Policy Unit) such as PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function). The said control rule may include the detection of the initiation and completion events of Inspected OTT Application and take a blocking action to the terminated OTT Bypass calls.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system for preventing Network Originated Fraud on the telecommunication ON (10) (Operation Network), by using the source calls. In Network Originated Fraud, the FUs (30) (Fraud Unit) make ON (10) originated international calls to the international foreign numbers, by exploiting long-distance calling tariffs of the ONs (10). The FUs (30) carry transit international calls as the ON (10) originated international calls. Fraud numbers such as "SIM Box" numbers that are exploited by the FUs (30) are detected and blocked. Source calls may be the real calls from real subscribers or the test calls that make a call to the real subscriber numbers. A CU (11) (Control Unit) is triggered for real calls from the FNs (22) (Foreign Networks). These real calls are the calls from real subscribers of the FNs (22) all over the world. The CU (11) generates the test calls. Originating international calls of the ON (10) are controlled by the CU (11); the CSNs (Calling Subscriber Number) related to the source calls are controlled throughout the source calls by the CU (11). The CU (11) determines the terminated calls of the source calls by originating international calls, that it associates to the CSN. The CU (11) detects the terminated calls as Network Originated Fraud and blocks CNI (Calling Number Information) related to these terminated calls.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a system for preventing interconnection fraud in a telecommunication ON (10) (Operator Network); the said method and system use the real calls of the real subscribers and the calls that are made by the test calls to the real subscriber numbers. In the present invention, the CSNs (Called Subscriber Number) of the real or test calls are controlled by a CU (11) (Control Unit). The CNI (Calling Number Information) Fraud from International Interconnection, CNI Fraud form National Interconnection, Network Originated Fraud, Network Terminated Fraud is detected and prevented by analyzing the IRSCs (Inbound Route Source Code) related to the terminated calls of the CSNs. In the CNI Fraud from International Interconnection, the fraudsters manipulate the calling number information or calling party numbers and terminate the international calls with a lower termination fee. In the CNI Fraud from National Interconnection, the fraudsters terminate the international calls via national interconnection routes. In the Network Originated Fraud, the FUs (30) (Fraud Unit) make originating international calls from the ON (10) to the international foreign numbers, wherein these calls exploit long-distance calling tariffs of the ONs (10). These FUs (30) carry transit international calls as the outgoing international calls from the ON (10). In the Network Terminated Fraud, these FUs (30) make originating national calls to the subscribers of the ON (10) to terminate the international calls. In the Network Originated Fraud and Network Terminated Fraud, the subscription numbers such as "SIM Box" which are exploited by the FUs (30) are blocked.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system which uses the calls that the real calls of the real subscribers make towards the real subscriber numbers for preventing the Network Terminated Fraud on a telecommunication ON (10) (Operator Network). In the said invention, a CU (11) (Control Unit) is triggered for the real calls from the FN (22) (Foreign Networks). These real calls are the originating international calls of the real subscribers of the FNs (22) around the word. In the said invention, a CDU (24) (Central Distribution Unit) receives these real calls from the FNs (22) and distributes them to the CUs (11) of the ONs (10). The said CDU (24) provides service to many ONs (10) around the world. The CSNs (Called Subscriber Number) of the real calls are controlled by the CU (11) during the real calls and the CU (11) determines the terminated calls of the real calls. As a type of interconnection fraud and bypass, the Network Terminated Fraud is detected and prevented by analyzing the CNI (Calling Number Information) of this terminated call of the CSN. In the Network Terminated Fraud, the FUs (30) (Fraud Unit) make national calls in order to terminate the international calls to the CSNs of the ON (10). The subscription numbers, for example "SIM Box" numbers, which are exploited by the FUs (30), are detected and blocked. If these subscription numbers belong to the ON (10), then the detected fraud is Network Terminated Fraud Inside the Network; if these subscription numbers belong to the other national networks in the country of the ON (10), then the detected fraud is Network Terminated Fraud Outside the Network.
