    • A remote beverage supply management system includes a dashboard human machine interface (110), a server (120), a modem (130) and an appliance control board (140) wherein the server (120) compares events in a list of events with operation status data received from the appliance control board (140) via the modem (130) in real time. If an event in the list of events occurs and user intervention is needed, the server (120) sends an indication to the human machine interface (110) for control commands from a user; if an event in the list of events occurs and no user intervention is needed, the server (110) automatically generates the control commands and sends the control commands to the appliance control board (140) to control remote appliances.

    • A flow control block (10) for dispensing beverages, such as beer, lager or the like, from a keg to one or more dispense stations, comprises a plurality of interconnected modules, including two end modules (12,16) and one or more middle modules (14). Each middle module (14) has an outlet (56) for connection to a beverage dispense station. Bores are provided in the middle module in a manner which allows additional middle modules (14) to be added to the flow control block, and to be supplied from one incoming beverage supply line connected to one of the end modules (12). At least one of the end modules is connected to the incoming beverage supply line, a water supply line and a gas supply line. Each middle block (14) includes a spool valve (100) for switching the outlet of the middle module between one of a closed or "OFF" position, the beverage supply line, a water supply line or a gas supply line.
