摘要： Device for flow control of a medium in a heating or cooling system where the device is a complete regulating valve (1), with a valve body (2) comprising an inlet connection (3), an outlet connection (4), a valve neck (5) in which a valve seat (6) and a flow through opening (7) are provided. In the valve neck (5) a complete valve trim (38) and a valve hand wheel (10) are provided, and through the valve hand wheel (10) and the complete valve trim (38) a valve shaft (11) with a return spring (12) are provided. The valve body (2) comprises a first cone (13), which determine the preset of the maximal flow through the complete regulating valve (1), i.e. the Kvs-value of the valve, by that the first cone (13) has at least one opening (14) for flowing through of the medium, where the design of the opening (14) determines the regulating characteristic of the complete regulating valve (1), and where the Kvs-value of the valve is changed continuously, with maintained regulating characteristic, by that the first cone (13) is arranged continuously, axially displaceable relative the valve seat (6), whereby selected parts of the opening (14) of the first cone are shielded by the valve seat (6).

Various embodiments include a generally crescent shaped device, including a resilient fill material surrounded by a fabric shell (102) and having a top and a bottom surface connected by a band of uniform (110) width extending vertically and wholly about the perimeter of the pillow (100). The support pillow (100) may be combined with an accessory device (454) to form a support pillow assembly. An attachment mechanism (1062, 1266) may be configured to attach the accessory device (454) to the support pillow (100) such that the accessory device (454) is arranged to direct a perceptible effect to at least one of the first arm (104), the second arm (106), and the medial region (108) of the support pillow.
