摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kettenbolzen (9) mit einer Chromaluminiumnitrid-Beschichtung und/oder einer Titanaluminiumnitrid-Beschichtung, wobei in einem Bereitstellungsschritt (1) Kettenbolzen (9) bereitgestellt werden; in einem Nitrierschritt (2) Stickstoff aus einer stickstoffhaltigen Gasphase in eine Oberfläche der Kettenbolzen (9) einbracht wird; die Kettenbolzen (9) in einem Abscheidungsschritt (3) mit einem aluminiumhaltigen Pulver und mit pulverförmigem Ferrochrom und/oder pulverförmigen Ferrotitan in Kontakt gebracht werden und in einem, durch mindestens ein Halogenid aktivierten thermoreaktiven Abscheidungsprozess mit einer chromaluminiumnitridhaltigen Randschicht und/oder einer titanaluminiumnitridhaltigen Randschicht versehen werden; und die beschichteten Kettenbolzen (9) in einem Vergütungsschritt (4) abgeschreckt und angelassen werden. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Kettenbolzen (9), insbesondere für eine Hülsenkette, Rollenkette oder Zahnkette (5), aufweisend eine Chromaluminiumnitrid-Beschichtung und/oder eine Titanaluminiumnitrid-Beschichtung.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kettenelements (2, 3), umfassend folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen eines Bauteils aus Stahl mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt im Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-%; - Austenitisieren des Bauteils in einem Temperaturbereich von 880 bis 940°C und - Karbonitrieren des Bauteils unter Durchhärtung des Bauteils, - Abschrecken des karbonitrierten Bauteils in einem Salzbad auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 310 bis 330°C unter Ausbildung von Bainit, Martensit und Restaustenit in einem Gefüge des Bauteils; - Abkühlen des Bauteils auf Raumtemperatur; - Tempern des Bauteils bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 310 bis 330°C; und - Abkühlen des getemperten Bauteils auf Raumtemperatur unter Bildung des Kettenelements (2, 3). Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Kettenelement (2, 3) sowie eine damit gebildete Kette (1).

摘要： An inverted tooth chain assembly configured to mesh with a sprocket is provided including a link with an improved shape for increased strength. The link includes two teeth, a pair of outer flanks, first and second inner flanks, and a crotch located between the first and second inner flanks. A first transition point is arranged between the first inner flank and a first end region of the crotch, and a second transition point is arranged between the second inner flank and a second end region of the crotch. A crotch surface is defined between the first transition point and the second transition point and has a profile with a varying radius of curvature. The profile of the crotch surface has a smaller radius of curvature at the first and second end regions and a larger radius of curvature at a medial region between the first and second end regions.

The inner flanks have an enlarged profile in a direction toward a center of the link in comparison to a profile of the outer flanks. A contact position with a tooth of the sprocket engaged therewith is located on the link in an area extending from the inner flank into the radiused crotch and on the sprocket in an area of the radiused tip of the tooth.
