摘要： An apparatus (100) is disclosed for drawing two plates (60, 70) together having a lever (10) with a handle portion (18) and a camming portion (12). The camming portion (12) circumscribes a pin (20) located therein and is adjacent to a cam washer (30) that provides a surface against which the camming portion (12) can slide. A screw (50) is inserted through the pin (20) and extends through the camming portion (12) and the washer (30) so that it may be inserted and threaded into mounting holes provided on a sporting implement. The screw (50) is inserted through a hole in a binding plate (60) and is threaded into mounting holes provided on a sporting implement (70). The screw (50) is hand tightened into the sporting implement (70) by hand, and then the cam lever (18) is pivoted. As the cam lever (18) is pivoted, the cam portion (12) slides within the cam washer (30) and vertically displaces the screw (50), thus drawing the sporting implement (70) tightly against the binding plate (60).
