摘要： The invention relates voltage converter for direct current with a bridge circuit, comprises a first, second, third and fourth circuit breaker, which each have a control connection and a load segment running between two power connections, wherein the load segments of the first and second circuit breakers are connected to a first circuit node and the load segments of the third and fourth circuit breakers are connected to a second circuit node and are each connected in series between the terminals for a supply voltage, and with a transformer, the primary winding of which is connected to the first and second circuit nodes and the secondary winding of which is connected downstream of a rectifier arrangement. According to the present invention the voltage converter is characterized in that the first and the second circuit breakers are formed from MOSFETs and that the third and fourth circuit breakers are formed from IGBTs.
