    • A vertebral fusion device (40', 51, 51 ',52, 53) comprising a support element configured for insertion between two corresponding vertebral portions of two adjacent vertebrae (10,20), such as spinous processes (12,22) and transverse processes (14,24), or joint surfaces of the vertebral bodies (11,21) or of the facets (13,23), comprising a granular osteosynthesis material (32), preferably in cortico-spongeous chips made of bone bank human bone, which is plastically deformable, and a hollow container body (31, 31 ',41) that contains the osteosynthesis material (32) and has a side wall, for example made with a network of interlaced meshes, and two open end portions (35,45',45") to allow a contact between the osteosynthesis material (32) and respective surfaces of said corresponding vertebral portions, so that the osteosynthesis material (32) is kept in a compressed condition between said corresponding vertebral portions and receives mechanical loads therefrom which promote osteosynthesis. In particular, the side wall of the hollow container body (31,31', 41) is substantially radially inextensible. The fusion devices may form a vertebral fusion system comprising a plurality of devices selected among an intersomatic device (51,51'), an interspinous device (40'), an interarticular device (52), an intertrasverse device (53), in particular the system may comprise an interspinous device (40'), at least one intersomatic device (51,51 ') and a couple of interarticular devices (52) to obtain a primary stabilization of the implant and a successful osteosynthesis.

    • An intervertebral support device to impose an anatomic distance between two adjacent vertebral bodies (11a, lib), comprising a couple of vertebral support elements for introduction between the edge portions of the rear half of the vertebrae, at respective substantially symmetrical positions of the instantaneous rotation axis of the natural relative flexion - extension (50) movement of the two adjacent vertebrae. The device assists stabilizing and/or restoring the correct position of the rotation axis, which characterizes the first stage of the degenerative breakdown, without significantly limiting the relative movement of the two vertebrae. The support elements have preferably a constraint means that constrains them (100) to the edge portions of the vertebral bodies, in particular to resist the reaction force on the intervertebral disc. For instance, this constraint means consists of protruding parts (37) that protrude with respect to the support surfaces (32), for engaging with the inner surfaces (51 a, 51b) and/or the external surfaces (52a, 52b) of the edge portions (150) of the adjacent vertebral bodies (13a, 13b).

    • A toolkit for easily implanting a vertebral support device, in particular an interlaminar prosthesis, through a minimally invasive surgical access. In an exemplary embodiment, the toolkit comprises a vertebral distractor (10) that has a means for creating and maintaining a predetermined distraction between two adjacent vertebrae (21a/b), and a means for maintaining the edges 29' and 29" of a minimally invasive approach tissue cut (29) at an open position, thus stabilizing it against elastic return of the tissues (20). In a preferred exemplary embodiment, a distractor is used which comprises a couple (30) of levers (31a/b), that are movable about a hinge (15) and that can be locked at a predetermined position, and whose end have a couple of distraction portions (33a/b) adapted to be inserted between spinous processes (23a/b), such that by spreading apart levers (31a/b) the distraction of the two vertebrae (21a/b) can be obtained.
