摘要： An apparatus for cleaning a waste stained with a fluorescent coating material. The waste cleaned is reutilizable and a metallic fluorescent material can be recovered with the apparatus. The apparatus comprises: a cleaning tank (A2) which is disposed inside a cleaner main body having a space therein and is for containing a liquid detergent or rinse for removing a fluorescent coating material from a waste stained with the fluorescent coating material; a first reel (a1) and a second reel (a2) which are disposed above the cleaning tank (A2) and with which the waste is wound up while immersing it in the liquid detergent or rinse contained in the cleaning tank (A2); a liquid detergent supply/recovery part (B) for removing the fluorescent coating material dissolved in the liquid detergent and for storing the liquid detergent from which the fluorescent coating material has been removed; a rinse supply/recovery part (C) for removing the fluorescent coating material dissolved in the rinse and for storing the rinse from which the fluorescent coating material has been removed; and a discharged-gas separation part (D) with which the liquid detergent or rinse which has vaporized is liquefied and recovered from a gas to be supplied to the cleaner main body.
