摘要： The invention concerns a package forming a container (1) comprising two side walls (2, 2'), a base (17) and a top opening (13), said container (1) being made from a hand tearable material, and comprising an incipient tear tab (4) for first opening of said package once it is filled and sealed. The invention is characterized in that: a) each side wall (2, 2') comprises at least a first stiffening element (5, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54) locally reinforcing said material (7), said stiffening element being selected such that the propagation energy of said incipient tear tab is lower than the rupture energy of said stiffening element; b) each side wall (2, 2') comprises means for guiding (6, 60, 61) said incipient tear tab on first opening; c) said incipient tear tab (4) is located between said first stiffening element and said guide means, so that the tear tab is guided.
