摘要： The present invention is concerned with electrical connectors for hi-power applications where multiple electrical wires are to be maintained apart and electrically insulated from one another. The connectors are to be used to mount the plurality of wires to a receptacle of a casing so as to establish a connection with electric circuit(s) provided inside the casing. Portions of the connector interact with the casing to provide a seal therebetween to prevent the water and dirt infiltration inside the casing.

The internal stator includes a generally cylindrical body having a central aperture. 摘要： A dynamoelectric machine stator core for receiving a pre-formed stator winding includes a core body defining a cylindrical core main peripheral surface. A plurality of axially extending stator slots are circumferentially spaced in the core body. Each of the stator slots defines a slot first section extending radially from the slot base to a slot intermediate radial position and a slot second section extending radially from the slot intermediate radial position towards the core main peripheral surface. The slot first and second sections communicate with each other and are circumferentially offset relative to each other. The slot first and second sections are positioned, configured and sized to facilitate insertion therein of a corresponding conductor section of the stator winding with reduced needs for deforming the latter.

The electrically insulating paper is not cut prior to its insertion in the slots, therein completely covering the surface of the stator. Said system comprises a stator holder so configured as to rotatably hold the stator, a paper holding element movable between a non-operational position and an operational position where the paper holding element maintains an inserted portion of the continuous insulating paper in a slot of the stator, a forming and inserting assembly radially movable between a retracted position and an extended position where the forming and inserting assembly enters one of the slots of the stator, the continuous insulating paper extending between the forming and inserting assembly and the stator, wherein the movement of the forming and inserting assembly towards the extended position inserts a portion of the continuous insulating paper in a slot of the stator.
