    • This invention refers to solutions for the remote control of portable outboard engines equipped with integrated controls, which enable the foregoing engines to be used alternatively in both steering modes: "direct" via an integrated tiller/handle system - "remote", via new rapid coupling solutions to the engine's remote control systems. The systems are designed so as not to change the portable outboard engine's original functionalities, allowing an "optional" coupling to the remote controls, by means of solutions which are easy and rapid to install, have a limited weight and are easy to use also in the case of occasional users (user friendly); furthermore, the position and size of the components are designed to interface with the original mode of use provided for by the manufacturer, without compromising the flexibility of use and without invalidating the guarantee.
