    • Disclosed is an optical film having an optical structure, such as a prism film or sheet, which is a constituent of a backlight unit. The optical film includes an optical structure layer having a plurality of optical structures, the surface of which is formed with irregularities, and the irregularities are formed on the surface of the light-collecting optical structure, such as a prism, to satisfy predetermined conditions, thus effectively realizing a light-diffusing function, thereby eliminating the need to additionally mount a diffusion film or a protection film. When a particle dispersion layer is further formed on the surface of a transparent substrate opposite the surface having the optical structure layer, damage due to friction to prism films or other sheets may be prevented during the layering of the prism films or transport, thus obviating the use of a plurality of optical films, consequently making it possible to economically manufacture a backlight unit with improved productivity.

    • The present invention relates to a composite dryer using far infrared light including: a main body in which a machine chamber and a drying chamber are disposed; a door which opens and closes an opened edge portion of the drying chamber; a heat pump installed at the machine chamber; ducts disposed at both side surfaces of the drying chamber to supply hot air generated by the heat pump to the drying chamber; and far infrared heating panels installed at the inside of the door and the inner wall surface of the drying chamber facing the door, whereby a material to be dried in the drying chamber is dried by the hot air in the ducts and the far infrared radiant heat from the far infrared heating panels. According to the present invention, the far infrared radiant heat from the far infrared heating panels and the hot air generated by the heat pump apply heat to the material, drying the outer surface and the inside of the material at the same time, thereby reducing the time taken to dry the material.
