摘要： An exercise apparatus includes a mounting assembly and a pulley assembly coupled to the mounting assembly. The pulley assembly includes a first pulley and a second pulley. A first pulley cable is positioned about the first pulley for movement relative thereto and a second pulley cable is positioned about the second for movement relative thereto. The first pulley cable includes a first end and a second end and the second pulley cable includes a first end and a second end. A first handle is coupled to the first end of the first pulley cable and a second handle is coupled to the first end of the second pulley cable. A body engaging assembly is coupled to the both the second end of the first pulley cable and the second end of the second pulley cable.
