    • The present invention relates to a medical adhesive tape dispenser in which a medical adhesive tape is covered up by a case when not in use and carried by a user, and cut in a simple way upon being extracted for use. The medical adhesive tape dispenser of the present invention includes a case body (1), a cutter blade (2), a cutter blade protection cover (3), a return spring (4), and an extraction port cover (5). The case body (1) has a cylindrical shape with a closed exterior and an interior with a reel (111) on which is mounted a tape roll (100). The case body (1) has a front surface wherein an exposure hole (121) and a tape extraction port (122) communicate with each other in the vertical direction. The exposure hole (121) has an interior provided with a cutter blade mounting rib (123). The cutter blade (2) is mounted on the cutter blade mounting rib (123) of the case body (1). The cutter blade protection cover (3) is arranged above the cutter blade (2) to selectively open/close the exposure hole (121). The return spring (4) is supported beneath the cutter blade protection cover (3) and at the interior of the case body (1) so as to selectively allow the cutter blade protection cover (3) to rotate about an axis. The extraction port cover (5) is joined to both sides of the case body (1) such that the extraction port cover is rotatable via a hinge shaft (53), enabling the selective opening/closing of the exposure hole (121) and of the tape extraction port (122).

    • A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel (PDP) including a front panel with a plurality of scan electrodes and sustain electrodes formed thereon and a rear panel with a plurality of address electrodes formed thereon and a driving circuit that applies drive signals to the scan, sustain and address electrodes so that driving can be performed by time-division of one frame of an image displayed on the PDP into a plurality of sub-fields. Each sub-field includes reset, address, and sustain periods, and a first signal that gradually falls is applied to the scan electrodes during the address period. In the plasma display apparatus, after a rising signal and a falling signal are applied to the scan electrodes, the first signal is applied before or after the scan signal is applied during the address period, thereby preventing a loss of wall charges and performing stable address discharges and sustain discharges.
