    • The present disclosure relates to a grill unit for an air conditioner with a filter main body that filters impurities from air passing through airflow openings and is integrated with the grill unit, and a manufacturing method for the same. In a grill unit for an air conditioner according to the present disclosure, the grill unit defines airflow openings and includes a filter main body formed of a processed filter sheet and inserted and injection molded, and the filter main body includes folds having pluralities of peaks and valleys formed through folding and bending the filter sheet. Also, the folds include a plurality of fold supports provided at a side thereof to continuously support the folds therealong. A method for manufacturing a grill unit for an air conditioner according to the present disclosure includes forming a folded filter main body through folding and bending a filter sheet in operation (a), inserting the folded filter main body in an injection mold for forming the grill unit in operation (b), and integrally forming the filter main body and a filter frame and fold supports that support the filter main body, through injection molding the grill unit in operation (c). Thus, the number of parts and working processes can be reduced, and yield can be increased, to substantially reduce manufacturing costs.

    • The present invention relates to a wheel-type ultra high speed railway system comprising: a rail arranged on a track such that the wheels of a bogie of a railway vehicle contact the rail; a base arranged on the thread of the track between the rails; an electrodynamic linear synchronous motor interposed between the bogie and the base to reduce axle load and improve travel performance; first and second iron plates arranged at both sides of the base such that the plates are inclined; and first and second electromagnetic motion control magnets arranged on the bogie of the railway vehicle such that the magnets are inclined and generate electromagnetic force. As the above-described system of the present invention adopts a standard railway wheel-type system, a branching device can be remarkably simplified, and branching can be easily carried out, as compared to conventional magnetic levitation trains. Further, the system of the present invention occupies less space, minimizes the range of the space of the sealed tube when the system is applied to a tube railway or the like, enables easy construction of a line having three or more tracks branched from a station, and is advantageous in a large traffic volume system having a plurality of railway vehicles.

    • A high-speed railway tunnel hood for reducing micro-pressure waves is disclosed. The tunnel hood of the present invention is provided on an entrance of a tunnel and serves to reduce variation in the pressure of compressive waves generated in the tunnel when a high-speed train enters the tunnel, thus reducing micro-pressure waves radiated from the exit of the tunnel. To achieve the above purpose, the tunnel hood (10) includes a hood body, which extends from the entrance of the tunnel and has a cross-sectional area greater than that of the tunnel, and vent pipes (11) or slots (21), which are provided in the hood body to discharge air that is compressed when the train enters the tunnel. Therefore, when the train enters the tunnel, the compression of air in the entrance of the tunnel is mitigated, so that the variation in the pressure of micro- pressure waves over time can be markedly reduced.
