摘要： Disclosed is a waste heat recovery incinerator using combustible waste as fuel which can: extend service life by protecting a combustion plate and a second oxygen support pipe provided in a combustion chamber from thermal deformation and corrosion by high temperature heat and the combustion gases of the combustion chamber, prevent endurance reduction resulting from foreign materials accumulated on the interior wall of the combustion chamber, and minimize harmful materials included in exhaust gas by inducing perfect combustion of combustion gases generated during combustion of fuel, thereby preventing air pollution. In the present invention, the waste heat recovery incinerator using combustible waste as fuel comprises the combustion chamber which is formed by surrounding walls of fire- and heat-proof material and the combustion plate which is installed to rotate on the bottom of the combustion chamber and burns fuel placed thereon. The combustion plate comprises: a conical rotating plate of alloy steel material in which plural spray nozzles spraying combustion air in a specific direction are projected from the upper surface, a rotary shaft which is connected to the lower center of the rotating plate to support rotation of the rotating plate, an air manifold which is arranged under the rotating plate in order to supply combustion air to the rotating plate, and a fire- and heat-proof cover member which covers from the top of the rotating plate to the projecting height of the spray nozzles in order to prevent the upper surface of the rotating plate from being exposed and the spray nozzles from protruding toward the combustion chamber.

摘要： The present invention relate to a parallel operating inverter wind power generating system using a current balancer, the system comprising: an upper AC-DC-AC inverter and a lower AC-DC-AC inverter which are connected to a wind power generator and which are connected in parallel to each other; a current balancer connected to each of the output ends of the upper AC-DC-AC inverter and the lower AC-DC-AC inverter; and an output capacitor connected to an output end of the current balancer, wherein the current balancer is a coupled inductor in which inductors connected respectively to the output end of the upper AC-DC-AC inverter and the output end of the lower AC-DC-AC inverter are paired and coupled. According to the above-described parallel operating inverter wind power generating system of the present invention, the current ripple of an output filter inductor thereof is reduced, thus reducing the volume of the output filter inductor.

摘要： A method for opening a carbon-based hardmask layer formed on an etch layer over a substrate is provided. The hardmask layer is disposed below a patterned mask. The substrate is placed in a plasma processing chamber. The hardmask layer is opened by flowing a hardmask opening gas including a COS component into the plasma chamber, forming a plasma from the hardmask opening gas, and stopping the flow of the hardmask opening gas. The hardmask layer may be made of amorphous carbon, or made of spun-on carbon, and the hardmask opening gas may further include O 2 .

摘要： A photovoltaic power conditioning system and method is provided. The system includes an isolated DC/DC converter (41), a DC/AC inverter (42), and a sine filter (43). The isolated DC/DC converter (41) receives a DC voltage from a solar cell through a parallel connection structure and converts the DC voltage into another DC voltage and then outputs the converted DC voltage through a series connection structure. The DC/AC inverter (42) converts the DC voltage output from the isolated DC/DC converter into an AC voltage. The sine filter (43) performs sine filtering on the AC voltage output from the DC/AC inverter and outputs the filtered AC voltage. The system employs a topology allowing it to be responsible for part of the output capacity, thereby significantly reducing the required capacity and increasing the system efficiency, so that the system can be applied to small and large-capacity photovoltaic power generation.
