    • The present invention relates to providing a convenient user interface that enables a user to feel as though he/she is touching the surface of a touch panel even when the user operates an electronic device in a remote place, thus enabling the operation of the electronic device even without using a pointer on a surface of the electronic device. The present invention also relates to providing a touch recognition method which can enable the accurate selection of an area as though a specific portion of a touch panel is elaborately touched, thereby enabling a variety of screen operations. The touch recognition method comprises the steps of: processing three-dimensional coordinate data (X1, Y1, Z1) of a fingertip and three-dimensional coordinate data (X2, Y2, Z2) of the center point of one eye so as to detect the display surface (C) of a display, a fingertip point (C), and a contact point (A) of one eye; calculating at least one of a variation of the depth, variation of traces, duration and a speed of a variation of the detected finger tip point; and operating an electronic device based on at least one of the calculated a variation of the depth, variation of traces, duration and the speed of the variation of the finger tip point, and selecting an area of interest as though a specific portion of a touch panel is being touched.

    • The present invention relates to a 3D game device which, in a 3D game using a virtual touch technology, calculates a 3D image displayed to a user and 3D space coordinate data on the specific position of the user, and controls a virtual 3D image with increased precision as the 3D image contacts or approaches a contact point of the specific position of the user.
