摘要： The invention and embodiments thereof relate to a cooling system for cooling a data room, the system comprising two ducts in parallel. A first duct takes in air from the data room and from the outside. Both airflows are mixed and provided to the data room. As the outside temperature rises, more and more outside air is taken in for cooling. If the outside temperature is too high, it is also led through a second duct with an active cooling element, preferably by means of adiabatic evaporative cooling. Air flows and ratios of various air flows are controlled directly at inlets by fan units. The fan units are controlled by a controlling unit that is coupled to various temperature sensors to enable proper control of cooling. The cooling system is particularly suited for compartmentalised data centres.
