    • The present invention defines a screen mounting apparatus for mounting a graphic display screen for use with display stands or booths, such as those used in trade shows and other exhibitions. The apparatus of the present invention is designed to receive, generally by adhesive affixation, a display graphics screen such that generally the entire length of one of the screen edges is affixed to the apparatus, with the length of the screen edge and the apparatus generally equaling that of the corresponding display frame segment. Additionally, the screen mounting apparatus includes an elastic portion which permits a limited degree of spring-like movement when force is placed upon the screen at assembly and disassembly. This permissible movement, in combination with the discussed distributed affixation technique, means that the tension force required to mount the apparatus and the affixed screen to a display frame is distributed along the entire surface of the apparatus and screen, and not at isolated fastening points.

    • Embodiments of a target classifier and method for target classification using measured target epsilons and target glint information are generally described herein. The target classifier is configured to compare a total epsilon measurement with target glint information to determine whether to the target being tracked corresponds to an intended target type. Based on the comparison, the target classifier may cause target tracking circuitry of a target-tracking radar to either continue tracking the target or break-off from tracking the target. Glint of different target types may be characterized at different ranges and the target's glint characteristics may be used to distinguish intended from non-intended targets. Accordingly, intended targets such as incoming artillery may be distinguished from non-intended targets such as aircraft to help prevent countermeasures from being launched against non-intended targets.

    • Advanced material is preferably used for the manufacturing of dental crowns which may be used to restore decayed or to protect other compromised tooth structure. The dental crowns are preferably preformed or prefabricated with a strengthener by way of either (1 ) a metal crown base (for example, a stainless steel crown base) having an advanced material (which may include fillers) applied coating or layer; or (2) an advanced material with a strengthener in the form of a strip and/or fillers. In either of the foregoing, or independently, the advanced material may be formed or applied by flame spray, liquid dispersion, powder coating, compression molding, vacuum forming, injection molding, pressure forming, thermoforming, or additive manufacturing. The later in particular pertains to additive manufacturing of laser sintered PEEK (or three- dimensional printing of same).
