摘要： The present invention relates to naturally dyed functional latex foam and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to naturally dyed functional latex foam in which functional natural materials are uniformly dispersed all over the latex foam to achieve superior durability and color of the latex foam and to enable cells and a surface of the latex foam to be cleanly foamed. To this end, the method for producing naturally dyed function latex foam comprises the following steps: performing a fine treatment on a functional natural material into 1,000 to 10,000 meshes and mixing the treated natural material and water; mixing said mixture of the water and functional natural material with a vulcanizing agent and an accelerator and performing a ball-milling treatment so as to enable said functional natural material to be adsorbed to the surfaces of the vulcanizing agent and the accelerator and thus to liquefy the vulcanizing agent and the promoter; injecting said liquefied additive to an undiluted latex solution and mixing the additive and the solution; and foaming and molding said mixed mixture. Said functional natural material is selected from at least one or two of a group consisting of volcanic rock, loess, charcoal, jade, green tea, germanium, quartz-porphyry, phytoncide, and polygonum tinctorum. Said functional natural material is used in the amount of 0.5 to 5 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of said undiluted latex solution.
