    • Described is a method for forming multi-flavour or mixed packages of food products, comprising the steps of preparing a plurality of pick-up containers (CA - CD), where each container (CA - CD) houses a plurality of products (A1-4 - D1-4) which are identical to each other, but different from the products (A1-4 - D1-4) of the other pick-up containers; preparing a plurality of release containers (RA - RD) to be filled; preparing a plurality of pick-up and release units (UA - UD), where each pick-up and release unit (UA - UD) is configured to perform a step of picking up a number NA-D, with N >=2, of products respectively from each pick-up container (CA - CD,) so that each pick-up and release unit (UA - UD) picks up products (A1-4 - D1-4) which are identical to each other, but different from the products (A1-4 - D1-4) picked up by the other pick-up and release units, each pick-up and release unit (UA - UD) then performs in succession: a first release of a first number M1A-D (with N > M1 >=1) of products (A1-4 - D1-4), in a single respective release container, followed by a relative movement between the plurality of pick-up and release units (UA - UD) and the plurality of release containers (RA - RD), to then perform a second release, by means of each unit (UA - UD) for picking up and releasing a second number M2A-D, with N-M1>= M2 >=1, of products, of the N-M1 products remaining from those picked up, in a single respective release container (RA - RD), in such a way that each pick-up and release unit (UA - UD) performs the first and the second release in different release containers (RA - RD) so as to fill the release containers (RA - RD) with different products (A1-4 - D1-4) and wherein the first and the second release are performed in succession without the pick-up and release units (UA - UD) carrying out a further pick-up of products (A1-4 - D1-4).

    • Described is a device (1) for feeding and arranging solid food products comprising: a motor-driven conveyor (2) for accumulating and conveying the products (1); a unit (3) for controlled transit of the products (1) arriving from the conveyor (2); the transit unit (3) defines a transit path along a direction (A) for feeding the products (1) from a first infeed end to a second outlet or releasing end for the products (1); the means (4) for spacing products (1) positioned close to and downstream of the outlet or releasing end of the transit unit (3); the transit unit (3) comprises a stationary panel (6) extending at least between the first, infeed end and the second end for outlet or releasing the products (1) from the transit unit (3), and parallel to the feed direction (A); a first (7) and a second (8) pulling belt comprising a first (7a) and a second (8a) active branch positioned parallel facing each other and at the opposite sides of the panel (6), forming with the latter a respective first 3a and a second 3b transit channel for a respective row of products (1, 1'), each first (7a) and second (8a) active branch pulls the respective row of products (1, 1') in a sliding fashion against the panel (6); each first (7) and second (8) belt has an autonomous independent drive unit (9, 10); a control unit (11) connected to the independent drive units (9, 10) able to modify the respective feed speeds of the first (7) and second (8) belt, so as to allow the controlled feed of the respective row of products (1, 1') transiting in the first (3a) and second (3b) channel.
