The tubular member (20) of the device is mounted to the body boundary edge (11), wherein the flange (30) interacts with the wristband housing (2) to lock and unlock the tubular member (20) to the housing (2). Tool members (50) have a configuration to be moved from a stored position to extended position for use, and wherein the tool members (50) in a stored position are located and stored completely within the boundaries of the cavity (40).
