摘要： A method of controlling a flywheel comprising a stator and a magnetic rotor, the method comprising the steps of detecting rotational motion of the rotor at a plurality of sensors, providing, from each sensor, a motion signal indicative of rotational motion, based on the motion signals, deriving a rotational speed and position of the rotor and providing switching signals to an inverter coupled to a plurality of coils of the stator, wherein the relative positions of the magnetic field induced in the coils of the stator and the field of the magnetic rotor when the rotor is rotating are aligned for torque transfer to and from the rotor by the switching signals.
