摘要： A photoprotective composition can be utilized for a variety of cosmetic compositions. A photoprotective composition comprises one or more photoactive agents, at least one aliphatic hydrocarbon, and at least one ester, wherein said photoprotective composition is substantially non-whitening, is substantially non-irritating, or both. The photoprotective composition can be anhydrous, a single phase composition, water-resistant and can provide any combination of the foregoing characteristics without further ingredients required in the prior art. The photoprotective composition can be a liquid such that it is easily and consistently dispensed from a bottle, pump or spray.

摘要： A hydrogen generator, a fuel cell for use in the hydrogen generator and a fuel cell system are disclosed. The hydrogen generator includes a housing and a plurality of fuel pellets disposed in the housing. Each fuel pellet includes a hydrogen-containing reactant that will react to release hydrogen gas when heated. The hydrogen generator also includes a plurality of heating elements extending into the plurality of fuel pellets to generate heat to selectively heat one or more fuel pellets to initiate a reaction to produce hydrogen gas. The hydrogen generator further includes a plurality of electrical contacts operatively coupled to the plurality of heating elements to selectively supply electrical power to the plurality of heating elements.

摘要： A hydrogen generator is provided for generating hydrogen gas for a fuel cell stack. The hydrogen generator includes a reaction area and a reactant storage area for storing a reactant composition for reacting to generate hydrogen gas. The hydrogen generator also includes a high pH solution contained within a solution storage area. Hydrogen gas is discharged through an outlet that passes through a filter to supply gas to the fuel cell. A predetermined quantity of high pH solution is injected into the reaction area to stop the reaction when electrical power is no longer demanded.
