摘要： A process for producing a conductor structure on a substrate (1) which is heat-sensitive and/or transparent to visible light, having a conductive coating (2), especially one transparent to visible light, on at least one surface, in which the conductive coating (2) is applied, especially sputtered, substantially over the entire surface of the substrate, whereafter the conductive track structure is produced in the conductive coating (2) by means of focussed high-energy radiation, especially laser radiation (6), and high-energy radiation (6) is applied with a wavelength or wavelength range matched to the material of the substrate (1) and to the conductive coating (2) in such a way that said wavelength or wavelength range lies in the region of a spectra maximum absorption of the conductive coating (2) but outside that of the substrate (1).
