Each first image portion (8; 81; 82) and the corresponding second image portion (9; 91; 92) represent, respectively, a first graduated scale (10; 101; 102) and a reading cursor (11), or vice versa, configured to indicate, in combination with each other, a misalignment between the two image portions (8, 9; 81, 91; 82, 92).

    • The invention is a stereolithography method for the production of a three- dimensional object (10) through the superimposition of a succession of layers (1-5) obtained by solidifying a liquid material through exposure to predefined radiation (6), comprising the following operations: defining a geometric representation of the layers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5); selecting one or more layers (2) that precede a first layer (4) in the succession; defining a mask area (9) corresponding to the logical conjunction of the geometric representations of the first layer (4) and of the selected layers (2) reproduced on the plane of the first layer (4); exposing the liquid material to the predefined radiation (6) in the mask area (9). According to the method, before defining the mask area (9) the geometric representations of the selected layers (2) are modified in order to extend them with corresponding additional portions (2a) that project with respect to the geometric representations of the corresponding layers (2) as configured before the modification.

    • The invention is a stereolithography machine (1) comprising: a container (2) suited to contain a fluid substance (3) suited to solidify through exposure to predefined radiation (4a); means (4) suited to emit the predefined radiation (4a) and to solidify a layer of the fluid substance (3) having a predefined thickness and arranged adjacent to the bottom (2a) of the container (2); a modelling plate (5) suited to support the solidified layer (6); actuator means (7) suited to move the modelling plate (5) according to a direction perpendicular to the bottom (2a) of the container (2); levelling means (8) arranged in contact with the fluid substance (3), associated with power means suited to move them with respect to the container (2) so as to redistribute the fluid substance (3) in the container (2). The power means are configured so as to move the container (2) in each one or the two opposite senses of a direction of movement (Y) and the levelling means (8) comprise two paddles (9, 10) that are opposite each other with respect to the modelling plate (5).

    • System for stereolithographic printing comprising a support structure which defines a reference plane on which a three-dimensional object is formed starting from at least one material sensitive to the basic radiation adapted to be solidified when irradiated by a radiation, means for generating such radiation in the direction of such reference plane, a modelling plate which supports and to which the three-dimensional object being formed is constrained, which is able to move the solidified layer according to a direction substantially perpendicular to such plane, so as to allow the last solidified layer of the object to be arranged in a position adjacent to said plane, means for forming at least one layer of such radiation-sensitive material on such reference plane including at least a portion of a film that can be moved on said plane from one end to the other of said plane and a first feeder of a first radiation-sensitive material on said portion of film. Such forming means comprise at least a first pair of substantially vertically mobile barriers each arranged in proximity to one of these ends of the plane, the distance between these elements determining the width of the reference plane and such modelling plate moving substantially vertically between the mobile barriers. Such forming means comprise, externally to the mobile barriers with respect to the plane, a pair of scrapers which strike the film with their tip and such barriers being movable at least between a first raised position at a height predetermined by the film and a second position in which the lower edge of the barrier is in contact with the film itself. Such film is translatable from one end to the other of said plane in both directions. Such first feeder of such first material on the film is placed in proximity to one of the two barriers, in the space between it and the respective scraper.
