    • Two-stroke internal combustion rotary engine, comprised of and characterized by a system of two rotors (A and C) and the corresponding piston (B), all of which are situated inside the cylindrical cavity of the stationary block (I). (See figure 1). Said two rotors rotate mounted on two side plates of the body, rotor (C) concentrically end rotor (A) excentrically to the internal cylindrical surface of the block. The rotor (A) which projects with respect to the two side-plates of the block and to which may be coupled the power takeoff has, mounted in its elbow, the piston (B). By rotating said rotor (A) in the same direction as rotor (C) and two times faster, said piston is caused to move along the cylindrical cavity or cylinder of the latter rotor, thereby forming in the cylinder two variable volume chambers. With said two chambers operating in a combined way, one (I) as a chamber for the suction of the mixture and its transfer to chamber (II) and the latter as an explosion chamber providing for the phases of compression, explosion-expansion and exhaust end from which are scavenged the residual burnt gas; said engine operates performing all the phases of a conventional two-stroke cycle, with all its movable elements rotating at constant speed.     • The machines of this type form variable volume chambers between parts comprised of rigid materials, some of said parts being fixed and others being movable. The movable parts are mounted on axes which are parallel to each other and parallel to the longituidinal geometrical axis of the stationary structure inside which they are arranged. These new machines offer advantages which are decisive with respect to those known heretofore, due to the attainment of three fundamental objectives which have never been attained before in a single machine in such a practical and efficient mode. Said objectives are: 1) the uniform rotation speed which is susceptible to be very high; 2) the high pressure which can be obtained due to the highly effective sealingness; 3) the possible large capacity of the chambers. With these three characteristics together, it is possible to reach very high efficiencies. The machines of the category can be used to build compressors, blowers, multi-use pumps, pneumatic motors, internal combustion engines, steam machines, etc. This type of machines is subdivided into four groups which are disclosed and represented in the description and the drawings of the invention.
