摘要： The present invention relates to an injection mold (1), which includes: an outer block (100) that is mounted and fixed t an injection molding machine and divided into an upper mold (110) and a lower mold ( 120), an inner block (200) that composed of an upper block (230) and a lower block (220) that are replaceable mounted on the upper mold (110) and the lower mold (120), respectively; a metal core (300) that is mounted in the inner block (200) and has a cavity (310) for forming a molded product (10) with a molded portion having a size of tens to hundreds of micrometers; an ejector (400) coupled to the inner block (200) and removes the molded product ( 10) in the cavity (310) by moving straight; an a driving unit (500) that is disposed inside the lower mold (120); moved up / down by hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure supplied from the outside, and drives the ejector (400). According to the present invention described above, it is possible to improve molding performance of a small product and improve productivity.

摘要： This invention relates to a method and apparatus for deposition of a diffused thin film, useful in the fabrication of semiconductors and for the surface coating of various tools. In order to coat the surface of a treatment object, such as semiconductors, various molded products, or various tools, with a thin film, one or more process factors selected from among a bias voltage, a gas quantity, an arc power, and a sputtering power are continuously and variably adjusted, whereby the composition ratio of the thin film which is formed on the surface of the treatment object not through a chemical reaction but through a physical method is continuously varied, thus manufacturing a thin film having high hardness. The composition ratio of the thin film to be deposited is selected depending on the end use thereof, thereby depositing the thin film having superior wear resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance.
