摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing grain-oriented electrical steel sheets, which are used as iron core materials for electrical devices, including large-sized rotating machines such as various transformers and electric generators. More specifically, disclosed is a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having excellent magnetic properties, low iron loss, and high magnetic flux density, or at least one of these properties, the method comprising reheating a slab for the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, hot-rolling the reheated slab to produce a hot-rolled sheet, optionally annealing the hot-rolled sheet, cold-rolling the resulting sheet, subjecting the cold-rolled sheet to simultaneous decarburization and nitriding annealing, and then subjecting the annealed sheet to secondary recrystallization annealing, wherein a vary small amount of N and S are added to the slab, such that AlN and MnS can be produced and completely dissolved in solution in the slab reheating.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having excellent magnetic properties with high productivity. According to the method disclosed, a low-temperature-slab reheated, grain- oriented electrical steel sheet can be produced by limiting the contents of N and S to low levels in a steel making step, limiting the amount of N that is dissolved during slab reheating in a hot rolling process, and controlling a heating rate in the heating zone of the final annealing process at a high level in a temperature range in which secondary recrystallization is not initiated, and at a conventional level in a temperature range in which secondary recrystallization occurs.

摘要： There is provided a method for manufacturing a high silicon grain-oriented electrical steel sheet. In a method for manufacturing a high silicon grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising the steps of: reheating and hot-rolling a steel slab to produce a hot-rolled steel sheet; annealing the hot-rolled sheet and cold rolling the annealed steel sheet so as to adjust a thickness of the steel sheet; decarburization annealing the cold rolled steel sheet; and finish-annealing the decarburization annealed steel sheet for secondary recrystallization, the improved method further comprising the step of: coating a powder coating agent for siliconization on a surface of the decarburization annealed steel sheet in a slurry state, the powder coating agent including 100 part by weight of MgO powder and 0.5 - 120 part by weight of sintered powder of Fe-Si compound containing 25 70 wt.% Si sintered powder, the sintered powder having a grain size of -325 mesh; drying the resultant decarburization annealed steel sheet; and finish annealing the steel sheet under a conventional condition.
