    • A composite cable breakout assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes an enclosure for receiving a composite cable having a fiber optic cable with at least one optical fiber and an electrical power cable with at least one electrical conductor. The enclosure has at least one port providing passage to the exterior of the enclosure. The at least one optical fiber is terminated by a fiber optic connector and the at least one electrical conductor is terminated by an electrical connector. Alternatively, the at least one optical fiber and the at least one electrical conductor may be terminated by a composite optical/electrical connector. The fiber optic cable and the electrical power cable route to the at least one port enabling connection external to the enclosure for extension of optical signal and electrical power to components external to the enclosure.

    • A coaxial cable connector for coupling a coaxial cable to an equipment port is disclosed. The coaxial cable connector comprises a tubular post, a coupler and a body. The coupler has a first end rotatably secured over the second end of the tubular post, and an opposing second end. The coupler includes a central bore extending therethrough. A portion of the central bore is proximate the second end of the coupler and adapted for engaging the equipment port. The body is secured to the tubular post and extends about a first end of the tubular post for receiving an outer conductor of the coaxial cable. A portion of at least one of the tubular post, the coupler and the body provides a spring-like force on the surface of at least one of the other of the tubular post, the coupler and the body to establish an electrically conductive path therebetween.

The clips are adapted to releasably hold a plurality of fiber optic connectors in a certain arrangement. The fiber optic connectors may be attached at or through the boot to optical fibers, which may be, legs of a splitter module, fiber optic cables of a cable harness, or the like. The fiber optic connector holder and the optical fibers, and the splitter module, cable harness, or the like, may be shipped to an installation site. At the installation site, the fiber optic connector holder may be used to orient the fiber optic connectors to facilitate the engagement of the fiber optic connectors in and/or to parking locations.

The keyed receiver is located in the shelf and has a lip extending partially around an interior edge.     • A pigtail cable assembly comprises a fiber optic cable (18) having a plurality of optical fibers, a mid- section (12), a first end section (14) and a second end section (16) is disclosed. The first end section extends from one end of the mid- section where the plurality of optical fibers are separated from the fiber optic cable. One or more optical fibers are connectorized at a first end by fiber optic connectors (26). The plurality of optical fibers are also separated from the fiber optic cable at the second end section without a furcation device. One of the plurality of the optical fibers at the second end section is adapted to be connected to a single fiber splice at a second end. A sever site (36) is located on the mid-section. The second end section may be severed from the mid- section at the sever site. When the second end section is separated from the mid- section at the sever site the mid- section of the fiber optic cable is adapted to be connected to a mass splice.
