    • A plural component pump system (100;200;300;600) is provided for delivering plural liquid components at a selected ratio. In one example, the pump system (100;200;300;600) includes a first brushless DC motor (112) configured to drive a first pump (114) that pumps a first liquid component (108) to an output (106;606) and a second brushless DC motor (118) configured to drive a second pump (120) that pumps a second liquid component (110) to the output (106;606). The pump system (100;200;300;600) includes a first controller (124) configured to control the first brushless DC motor (112) and a second controller (126) configured to control the second brushless DC motor (118). The pump system (100;200;300;600) also includes a communication interface (128;628) between the first controller (124) and the second controller (126). The first controller (124) is configured to send a signal to the second controller (126) using the communication interface (128;628) and the second controller (126) is configured to control the second brushless DC motor (118) based on the signal to deliver the first and second liquid components to the output (106;606) at the selected ratio.

    • The present disclosure generally relates to systems and devices for spraying fluid materials such as paints, stains, and the like, and more specifically, but not by limitation, to a dual voltage electromagnet motor for an airless fluid sprayer. In one example, a dual-voltage electric airless fluid sprayer (100) is provided and includes a fluid reservoir (102) and a pump (224) configured to receive fluid from the fluid reservoir (102). An electric motor (218) is operably coupled to the pump (224) and includes a plurality of windings (220). The plurality of windings (220) include a first winding portion (262) having a first wire gauge and a first number of windings and a second winding portion (264) having a second wire gauge and second number of windings. A power-module receiving portion (110) is configured to receive a power module (402; 404) to couple one of the first (262) or second (264) winding portions to a source of electrical power.

In one example, a frame (104) of the fluid delivery system (100) includes a recess (180) configured to receive the container (150). Further, in one example the handle (116) extends transversely from the fluid delivery system (100) and includes a empty container balance point (132) and a full container balance point (136) along a length of the handle (116).

    • The present disclosure generally relates to a nozzle or tip (202; 1002) for a fluid delivery system (100), and more specifically, but not by limitation, to a nozzle (202;1002) for a texture sprayer (102). In one exemplary embodiment, a texture spraying system (100) is provided and includes a spraying device (102), an air source (106) configured to provide pressurized air to the spraying device (102), and a texture material source (104) configured to provide texture material to the spraying device (102). The system (100) also includes a nozzle (202; 1002) mounted proximate an output of the spraying device (102). The nozzle (202;1002) receives a flow of air and a flow of texture material. The nozzle (202; 1002) includes a pin (230; 1030) positioned in the airflow and is configured to produce a spray pattern that is substantially rectangular.
