摘要： A patch structure of an integrated circuit package comprises a core having a first side facing downwards and a second side facing upwards. Forming a first solder resist (SR) layer on the first side of the core, wherein the first SR layer comprises a first layer interconnect (FLI) and has a first set of one or more microbumps thereon to bond to one or more logic die. Forming a second solder resist (SR) layer on the second side of the core, wherein the second SR layer has a second set of one or more microbumps thereon to bond with a substrate. One or more bridge dies includes a respective sets of bumps, wherein the one or more bridge dies is disposed flipped over within the core such that the respective sets of bumps face downward and connect to the first set of one or more microbumps in the FLI.

摘要： Thin film transistors having relatively increased width and shared bitlines are described. In an example, an integrated circuit structure includes a plurality of transistors formed in an insulator structure above a substrate. The plurality of transistors arranged in a column such that the respective lateral arrangement of the source, the gate, and the drain of each of the transistors aligns with an adjacent thin film transistor, wherein the plurality transistors extend vertically through the insulator structure at least two interconnect levels to provide increased relative width. A first conductive contact is formed between one of sources and drains of at least two of the plurality of transistors in the column, and the conductive contact extends through the insulator structure at least two interconnect levels.

摘要： An embedded cross-point memory array is described. In an example, an integrated circuit structure includes a first die including a cross-point memory array comprising separate memory blocks, the memory blocks including orthogonally arranged conductive lines, and memory elements at cross-sections of the conductive lines. A first plurality of sockets is on the first die adjacent to the memory blocks, the first plurality of sockets comprising a first plurality of pads that connect to at least a portion to the conductive lines of the corresponding memory block. A second die includes logic circuitry and a second plurality of sockets comprising a second plurality of pads at least partially aligned with positions of the first plurality of pads on the first die. A top of the first die and a top of the second die face one another, wherein the first plurality of pads are bonded with the second plurality pads to directly connect the cross-point memory array to the logic circuitry.

摘要： Methods and systems for providing location-aware WiFi access for a portable device include determining an initial location of the portable device and transmitting the initial location to a WiFi location provider, wherein the WiFi location provider comprises locations and WiFi parameters for a plurality of WiFi access points, wherein each WiFi access point has a corresponding wireless range. The locations and the WiFi parameters for a set of WiFi access points are then received from the WiFi location provider, wherein the set of WiFi access points are within a radius of the initial location of the portable device. At least one WiFi access point in the set of WiFi access points is scanned for that contains the portable device within its wireless range. The portable device then connects to the at least one WiFi access point, thereby forming a WiFi connection.

摘要： In a first aspect, the present invention is a method that includes specifying on the electronic device a request for a product or service, and receiving in the electronic device advertising information related to a local merchant from the local merchant and transmitted over a wireless local area network (LAN). The method also includes displaying on the electronic device the advertising information if the product or service offered by the local merchant matches the request, whereby the electronic device collects location sensitive information without requiring the electronic device to specify its location. In a second aspect, the present invention is a system that includes a computer system associated with at least one local merchant that is coupled to the wireless LAN and includes at least one advertiser for transmitting over the wireless LAN advertising information related to each of the at least one local merchants. The system also includes an electronic device that is capable of connecting to the wireless LAN. The electronic device includes a locator for connecting the electronic device to the wireless LAN and for receiving the advertising information transmitted by the computer system associated with the at least one merchant, and a display for displaying the advertising information if the product or service offered by the local merchant matches a request from the electronic device for a product or service.

A test mask is generated that converts the IC design into one or more physical layouts. A set of one or more sub-resolution assist features (SRAFs) is inserted into the test mask. The set of SRAFs is inserted into one or more other masks, which are derived from the test mask for mask targeting, such that the test mask and the one or more other masks include a same set of the one or more SRAF.
