摘要： A system and method for moving a flowable substrate through a chamber (14) is provided. The chamber extends between first and second open ends and is both shaped and heated such that the flowable substrate can be shaped and cooked therein. A pushing force is applied to the cooked substrate to expel the cooked substrate through the second open end. In one embodiment, the pushing force is provided by a pushing device (26) that extends into the chamber at the first open end (16) to loosen the cooked substrate from the chamber walls and to cause the cooked substrate to exit the chamber through the second open end (18). In another embodiment, the pushing force is provided by a fill device (20) that continuously introduces the flowable substrate into the chamber. In certain embodiments, an ultrasonic energy source (24) may be provided to prevent adherence of the food product to the chamber walls and/or to assist in loosening any adhered food product from the chamber walls.

摘要： Methods for producing meat analog as well as formulations are disclosed. The novel production method uses a device designed to texturize the product while providing superior heat transfer for cooking. The device includes a helical compression conveyer with internal and external heating sources that delivers a high ratio of surface area for heat transfer to product volume. This results in the device being capable of heating of the emulsion volume as it is moved from the inlet to the outlet of the device to form a meat analog within the device in which the meat analog is formed in multiple segments to result in the meat analog having a defined surface texture.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a removal a magnetic clasp for eyeglasses. The eyeglasses have a right temple bar and a left temple bar pivotally attached to an eyeglasses frame body. The magnetic clasp comprises: a first connector and a second connector; a first magnet being. positioned on the first connector and a second magnet being positioned on the second connector. A channel extends through a portion of each connector and the channel is configured to so as to allow a temple bar to slide through the channel. The removable magnetic clasp, when attached to eyeglasses, allows for the first and second magnets to remain in attractive magnetic communication when the temple bars are closed but separated by clothing material, the attractive magnetic communication imparting a gripping force on the clothing material sufficient enough to substantially prevent relative movement between the temple bars and the clothing material.
