摘要： A system and method for cleaning of a forced-circulation evaporative crystallizer. The crystallizer is used to produce salt solids and includes a circulation pump, a heat exchanger, a separator, and a vapor processor. Solids deposits accumulate during salt solids production within at least one of the circulation pump, heat exchanger, and separator. A solids deposits metric representative of an amount of the accumulated solids deposits is measured. The solids deposits metric is determined to deviate from a baseline by at least a cleaning threshold. Certain determinations are made based on the solids deposits metric: determining a cleaning mode and at least one of a type of cleaning solution and a duration for which at least one of the circulation pump, heat exchanger, and separator is to be cleaned. At least one of the circulation pump, heat exchanger, and separator is then cleaned in accordance with those determinations.

While the PIG is moving through the fluid conduit, one or more sensors positioned along the fluid conduit are used to detect one or more signals. Parameter data is extracted from the detected one or more signals. The parameter data includes one or more parameters of the detected one or more signals as a function of time and position along the fluid conduit. PIG movement data indicative of a position of the PIG in the fluid conduit as a function of time is generated using the parameter data.

摘要： An assembly for a seat includes a pivot hub defining multiple rotation axes, and a displacing module attached to the pivot hub. Extendable legs are rotatably coupled to the pivot hub and comprise locking devices movable between an unlocked position, in which the legs, when extended, are enabled to retract, and a locked position, in which the legs, when extended, are prevented from retracting. The legs are rotatable between an intermediate position and a deployed position. When the legs are extended, and when in the intermediate position, the displacing module engages the locking devices to move the locking devices from the locked position to the unlocked position. When the legs are extended, rotating the legs from the intermediate position to the deployed position brings the displacing module out of contact with the locking devices.

摘要： Systems, processes, and techniques for treating a saltwater contaminated with volatile compounds. The saltwater is evaporated, resulting in a gas composed of water vapor and gaseous volatile compounds. This gas is then condensed into a condensate contaminated with the volatile compounds. The contaminated condensate is biologically treated to remove those volatile compounds, producing a purified water. Latent heat released by the condensing is used to evaporate the purified water into the atmosphere in an energy efficient manner. The contaminated saltwater is accordingly evaporatively disposed of without creating an issue regarding how to manage substantial liquid water byproduct, and without emitting substantial amounts of the volatile compounds into the atmosphere.

A new anatomy may also be generated by interpolating from anatomies in a database.

摘要： Various embodiments provide a clamp for clamping optical fiber to a tube, the clamp comprising a body portion coupled at one end to a first arm and at an opposing end to a second arm, the clamp having a resilient portion to permit the clamp to elastically deform from a closed state in which the clamp is fastened around the tube to an open state in which the clamp is radially moveable off the tube, wherein application of a force separating the first and second arms biases the resilient portion and transitions the clamp from the closed state to the open state, and wherein the resilient portion returns the clamp from the open state to the closed state when the force is removed, at least one of the body portion, the first arm and the second arm having a clamping surface to clamp a portion of the optical fiber against the tube when the clamp is fastened around the tube, and a clamping mechanism operable to extend at least part of the clamping surface towards the tube when the clamp is secured to the tube to increase a clamping force applied by the clamping surface. Various other embodiments provide a method of clamping optical fiber to a tube.

The flow meter includes an inlet for receiving the gas, a vent for venting the gas after having been received by the flow meter and an analog dial comprising a hand that rotates proportionally to the volume of the gas flowing through the flow meter. The pulser includes a coupler comprising a pair of teeth positioned on either side of the hand to rotatably couple the coupler to the hand and an encoder mechanically coupled to the coupler. The encoder outputs electrical pulses in response to rotation of the coupler.
