摘要： Certain embodiments of the invention may include systems, methods, and apparatus for detecting agreement among redundant sensor signals. According to an example embodiment of the invention, a method is provided for detecting and indicating agreement confidence for redundant sensor channels and a sensor model. The method can include determining a first condition indicating whether a sensor channel pair- wise agreement exists with any other redundant sensor channels; determining a second condition indicating whether one or less sensor channels are available; determining a third condition indicating whether the total spread across all available sensor channels differ greater than an agreement threshold; determining a fourth condition indicating whether an available outlier sensor channel or channels exist relative to a valid sensor model; determining a fifth condition indicating whether the forth condition is true, and the channel being examined is among the outlier channels; and outputting an indication of agreement confidence based at least in part on one or more of the first condition, the second condition, the third condition, the fourth condition, or the fifth condition.

摘要： A unidirectional ring laser oscillator has a travelling wave unstable mode in one transverse dimension and either a waveguide or freespace gaussian mode in the orthogonal transverse dimension for coupling to large volumes of asymmetric cross section laser gain media. This device concept is shown to have unique and innovative features such as an exchange of left for right in the intracavity radiation profile without having to employ concave optics. Also, a high insensitivity to misalignment of one of the intracavity ring optics is achieved without having to suffer any deleterious effects associated with the high intensity of radiation normally encountered at an intracavity focal plane. Unidirectional operation of the laser is achieved using both intracavity and extracavity optical techniques.

摘要： Изобретение может быть использовано при изготовлении монокристаллического и поликристаллического алмаза, алмазных порошков и кубического нитрида бора. Используют ячейку высокого давления (ЯВД), содержащую корпус, в котором размещен нагреватель цилиндрической формы, запертый сверху и снизу токоведущими шайбами, внутри которого расположена изолирующая втулка с изолирующими шайбами на торцах, а внутри втулки - источник углерода и металл-катализатор. ЯВД помещают в аппарат высокого давления, создают необходимое давление и нагревают. Во время нагрева осуществляют мониторинг температуры металла-катализатора путём постоянного определения электрического сопротивления нагревателя, установления факта и времени резкого повышения его электрического сопротивления, соответствующего плавлению металла-катализатора и фазовому переходу графита в алмаз. При достижении требуемой температуры перестают повышать мощность и выдерживают ЯВД в течение заданного времени. Затем останавливают подачу мощности на нагреватель, сбрасывают давление и извлекают ЯВД из аппарата. Обеспечивается воспроизводимость и надежный контроль в режиме реального времени.
