A method includes receiving an encoded video including at least two compressed frames corresponding to at least two anchor frames and a compressed subset of at least one intermediate frame between the at least two anchor frames, generating, by inputting the at least two anchor frames into a deep machine learning model, a synthesized image frame corresponding to the at least one intermediate frame between the at least two anchor frames, reconstructing at least one hybrid image frame by combining the compressed subset of the at least one intermediate frame with the synthesized image frame, and outputting a video including the at least two anchor frames and the at least one hybrid image frame. Thus, DCT-based video compression techniques can leverage machine learning-based video interpolation techniques to provide encoded video streams with a reduced bitrate and thus reduced bandwidth while maintaining image quality.

In this way, several such modules may be connected in series to form multilevel power converters with reduced capacitance requirements for coupling high-voltage sources.

摘要： The present invention comprises an immunochemical assay for determination of at least two antigens in a sample. The immunochemical assay comprises contacting a sample from a patient with a carrier molecule that contains at least two capture antibodies, each of which specifically binds to a binding moiety of an antigen in the sample. The assay further contains a detection antibody that specifically binds the same antigens on different binding moieties than binding moieties used by the capture antibodies. 摘要： Methods and systems are provided for improving storage of electrical power. A closed compressed gas storage system uses excess electrical power to drive a motor/generator which transfers hydraulic fluid via a hydraulic pump from a low-pressure tank to a high-pressure tank, further compressing a preloaded pressurized gas in the high-pressure tank via the fluid transfer and pressurization, and storing the electrical power in the form of compressed gas. When electrical power is demanded, decompression of the compressed gas is used to return hydraulic fluid to the low-pressure tank, while using the fluid transfer to drive a hydraulic pump that drives a motor/generator which generates electrical power.

In one embodiment, a method comprises estimating, with a first neural network, an optical flow between two image frames, wherein a resolution of the optical flow is lower than a resolution of the two image frames, and upsampling, with a second neural network, the optical flow to the resolution of the two image frames. In this way, the speed of optical flow estimation may be improved by reducing the amount of pixels being processed by a deep neural network, while the use of another deep neural network for guided upsampling of the optical flow estimate helps maintain the accuracy of the final output.
